How long do I have to return a purchased Berlinger Haus product?

You have 14 calendar days to return a used item from the day of delivery, and 30 days to return unused items from the day of delivery.

What conditions are required in order to make a return?

  • Be in a lightly used condition as determined by our customer support team

  • Be in the original, undamaged packaging This point was modified

  • Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

How does the return process work?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a replacement item of equal value. The replacement item will be delivered to you within a certain amount of days.

Berlinger Haus does not reimburse customers for any shipping costs associated with returns.
